Four weighing beans and dried fruit packaging machine consists of two weighing and packing parts.
The weighing section is the upper part of the machine, which includes the tank, weighing buckets and output funnel. The tank of the packaging machine is where the product is entered by the modular elevator or the Z elevator. Weighing buckets do the work of weighing the product. After reaching the specified weight, the product goes to the packing machine through the output funnel.
دستگاه بسته بندی شش توزین از دو بخش توزین و پکینگ تشکیل شده است.
بخش توزین قسمت بالایی دستگاه است که شامل مخزن ، باکت های توزین و قیف خروجی است. مخزن دستگاه بسته بندی محل ورود محصول توسط بالابر مدولار یا بالابر Z است. باکت های توزین کار وزن دهی محصول را انجام می دهند . محصول پس از رسیدن به وزن تعیین شده از طریق قیف خروجی به سمت پکینگ دستگاه می رود.
دستگاه بسته بندی پودری از دو بخش فیدر و پکینگ تشکیل شده است.
بخش فیدر قسمت بالایی دستگاه است که شامل مخزن، موتور و مارپیچ ( اوگر) است. مخزن دستگاه بسته بندی محل ورود محصول توسط بالابر پودری است. وزن دهی محصول از طریق مارپیچ داخل مخزن انجام می گیرد. محصول پس از رسیدن به وزن تعیین شده از طریق قیف خروجی به سمت پکینگ دستگاه می رود.
شرینگ پک تونلی اتوماتیک جهت بسته بندی بطری، قوطی، جعبه و …می باشد.
این دستگاه کارکرد دوگانه(برق و گاز )دارد. دستگاه شیرینگ تونلی اتوماتیک مجهز به سیستم کنترل دما سرعت بسته بندی است. دستگاه شیرینگ پک اتوماتیک دارای نوار نقاله مودولار دو متری می باشد. دستگاه شیرینگ پک کاوش صنعت رنگ کوره ای الکترو استاتیک است
دستگاه ساشه پودری از دو بخش فیدر و پکینگ تشکیل شده است.
بخش فیدر قیمت بالایی دستگاه است که شامل مخزن، موتور و مارپیچ (اوگر) است. مخزن دستگاه ساشه محل ورود محصول توسط اپراتور است. وزن دهی محصول از طریق مارپیچ داخل مخزن انجام میگیرد. محصول پس از رسیدن به وزن تعیین شده از طریق قیف خروجی به سمت پکینگ دستگاه می رود.
پکینگ دستگاه بسته بندی بخش پایینی دستگاه است و عمل فرم دهی به سلفون و پر کردن و دوخت نهایی بسته توسط این بخش صورت میگیرد.
