It is to package bottles, cans, boxes, vessels, and etc. It packages them individually or in numbers, using pol ethylene nylon. The function of shrink packaging machine is so as the nylon is thermal-wrapped over the product. It can be either powder-gas co-supplies or only powder supplied. Its wall is made of iron covered by a layer of electrostatic furnace paint. It is possible to regulate the temperature, conveyor speed, cellophane unwrapping speed, and fan speed.
It is semi-automatic, therefore, the shrinking process is operator-based. In fact, an operator is required to pull the shrink nylon over the product, and to direct it toward the shrink machine.
It is composed of following sections:
Electrical enclosure, civil supplied gas flame and two cooling fan
